Hostelworld partners with GogobotHostelworld has announced a partnership with Gogobot – the travel-planning app and website – to create a customized experience for millennial travellers all around the world. This new feature called ‘My Trips’ delivers travellers relevant information about what to see and do in their destination from the moment they book their hostel.

The partnership will see Hostelworld customers enjoy in-trip recommendations of ‘things to do’ and ‘places to eat’, allowing users to discover off-the-beaten-track adventures and truly local experiences as they travel the world.

These experiences have been tailored to the Hostelworld customer who craves adventure, sociability and the gritty, real side of travel, by tapping into the best recommendations from relevant Gogobot Tribes, including Adventure Travelers, Backpackers, Budget Travelers, Outdoor Enthusiasts and the Local Culture Tribe.

Breffni Horgan, Head of Product at Hostelworld, said: “We are very excited to have teamed up with Gogobot to enable our customers to get the most out of the cities they visit. Our customers are highly mobile, and look for experiences not souvenirs; they’re also very sociable, want to live as locals do and meet the world. We’re confident this new feature will help them do just that.”
