Swiss International and Mount Kenya Holiday Homes LTD have announced their commitment to co-develop an overall resort with a total of 299 Villas, apartments, townhouses and an all-suite hotel resort at the vicinity of Nanyuki and the Mount Kenya National Park, next to Mount Kenya. Mount Kenya Holiday Homes LTD has signed an MOU with Swiss International Hotels & Resorts in Nairobi, Kenya on Feb 27.

Mt Kenya Holiday Homes is under construction on the scenic foothills of Mount Kenya, at Naro Moru. In the recently signed deal, Swiss International Hotels & Resorts and Mount Kenya Holiday Homes LTD will jointly develop Swiss International Mount Kenya Resort, the first Swiss International facility in Kenya.
Speaking during the MOU-signing ceremony, Ronald Ndegwa, the developer, said that it was indeed an achievement to have Swiss International on board as this will guarantee the highest standards once the resort starts operating next year.
