Bill Navas appointed President at Digney York Associates

 width=Digney York Associates, the full-service contractor for hotel renovations nationwide, has announced that Bill Navas, an industry veteran who has overseen renovations of high profile properties in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and the Caribbean, has been named the company’s President to oversee all financial and business development aspects of the business.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Digney York, Navas served in senior positions at The Trump Organization, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hospitality 3. A boutique hotel development and project management firm. Over the span of his career, he has been directly responsible for successfully delivering complex projects. These include high-profile properties such as the iconic Turnberry Resort & Golf Course in Scotland, W Retreat & Spa – Vieques, Puerto Rico, Sheraton Toronto and the W Mexico City, among others.

Navas began his career as an on-site project manager in the Washington, DC area and will be relocating with his family to Virginia, where he met and married his wife.Ê He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where he studied Mechanical Engineering and Hotel Management.
