The hotels now have a robust No Show handling procedure and no longer pay commission on this business. They have also started to handle pre-authorisations with confidence using the secure payment gateway through Rezlynx, thus reducing the number of open charges by some of the corporate guests in the past. In addition, they have reduced the number of chargebacks.
