One contract after the other: the next new construction project for the recently launched, company-owned brand niu is already in the pipeline after a contract signing between NOVUM Hotel Group and GP Papenburg Hochbau GmbH.
The Halle-based construction company and the privately managed hotel group are planning to open a new niu hotel, with 186 rooms and a rentable floor space of approximately 7,700 square meters, in Halle (Saale) at the beginning of 2019.

ÒThe selected property is situated at a strategically perfect location at HalleÕs town gates Ð in the inner city and close to the railway station. After gaining planning permission, we expect to commence construction at the end of 2017.Ó
With this hotel project, NOVUM Hotel Group is continuing to aggressively promote its new, private brand niu, which now has 30 hotel projects under its name, with further promising projects planned nationally and internationally.
