Rezidor has announced two new properties in Poland: The mid-scale Park Inn by Radisson Poznán will comprise 166 keys and open in Q2 2017, and the upper-upscale Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Szklarska Poreba will be a ski & summer resort featuring 180 rooms and open in late 2018.

The Park Inn by Radisson Poznán will open its doors in one of Poland’s largest, oldest and most prosperous cities. Located along the famous Garbary Street near the Old Town, the trendy hotel will offer 166 stylish guest rooms, an all-day-dining restaurant and a lobby bar, 4 meeting rooms, a gym, and parking bays. It will address leisure and business guests alike. Poznán is situated 275km west of Warsaw. It is an important cultural and business centre with a strong academic touch: Poznán is home to Poland’s third largest university and 130,000 students.

The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Szklarska Poreba will be located in Jelenia Gora County, a popular leisure area in South-Western Poland, almost 450km from Warsaw and with easy access from both Czech Republic and Germany. The region is one of Poland’s best ski resorts – considered as a budget alternative to the Alps – and a well-known hiking and biking destination during the summer. The resort will comprise 180 rooms (opened in two phases) and after full completion a lobby bar, an all-day-dining restaurant, a roof top bar with terrace, and almost 1,200sqm of conference & meeting facilities. A gym, an indoor pool and 830sqm spa, a kids club, a ski & cycling room and parking spaces will complement the offer.
