Hilton Hotels & Resorts has just celebrated the opening of Hilton Tallinn Park, marking Hilton Worldwide’s first hotel in Estonia. The hotel is managed by Hilton Worldwide and owned by Fortuna Travel OU, part of the Olympic Entertainment Group that is publicly listed on the Tallinn and Warsaw Stock Exchange.
“More than 4.2 million tourists visited Tallinn last year, with an increase in visitors from the U.K., Germany, U.S. and Asia. Tallinn also continues to welcome thousands of travellers from Helsinki, Stockholm and St Petersburg every week across the Baltic Sea,” said Simon Vincent, executive vice president and president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Hilton Worldwide. “We are delighted to be expanding our footprint to new countries and look forward to putting Hilton Tallinn Park on the map as a key destination for travellers and locals alike.”
Located just a short distance away from the heart of Tallinn’s historic Old Town, the new hotel offers guests an ideal location to explore the best that the city has to offer, from the open-air museum to the beautiful green acres of Kadriorg Park. Within a few minutes, guests can stroll down the twisting cobblestone streets of Tallinn’s Old Town and visit gothic spires and markets at this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Hilton Tallinn Park boasts 202 spacious guest rooms showcasing panoramic views of the city and the Baltic Sea. Some of the hotel’s 27 suites have a private sauna that guests can enjoy and those who stay in the Presidential Suite will be basking in the largest suite that the city has to offer, at 180 square meters.
“We are thrilled to bring Hilton Hotels & Resorts to captivating Tallinn, a city which combines the modern with the medieval,” said Andreas Lackner, regional head, full service brands, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Hilton Worldwide. “It is Hilton’s latest flagship property in Northeastern Europe and incorporates striking modern elegance with all the Hilton touches our guests identify with, designating a landmark hotel for both Tallinn and Estonia”.
Introducing a brand new signature steak house to the Estonian dining scene, The Able Butcher provides guests with a warm yet sophisticated ambiance and serves only the finest cuts of meat. The restaurant houses an open kitchen so both guests and locals can witness their dishes come to life in front of their very eyes. For a more casual atmosphere, guests can dine at Café and Bar Linnutee, situated in the hotel lobby – a perfect spot to grab a hot drink or a light bite to eat.
For those wishing to celebrate a milestone moment, the Grand Ballroom is the ideal location, featuring sky-high ceilings and windows letting in natural daylight, and is one of the largest ballrooms in town. For meetings and events, guests can choose from 10 state-of-the-art meeting rooms which combine stylish décor with flexible work space.
Guests looking to unwind and relax after a long day exploring the city can head to Estonia’s first eforea spa, located within the hotel. It offers guests personalised, transformative journeys to help invigorate, relax and revitalise. The treatment rooms sit alongside an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and relaxation area. For entertainment, guests can visit Estonia’s largest Olympic casino on-site at 1600 square meters.
