YOTEL set to open in Charles de Gaulle Airport in Terminal 2E

YOTEL has announced the Paris location for their next hotel opening. Due to open on 1st July, it will be the first ever in-terminal hotel at Charles de Gaulle Airport. The luxury cabins will be situated in the secure transit area in Terminal 2E, home to Air France and the SkyTeam Global Alliance.  YOTEL’s Paris launch will form part of the opening of the brand new airport lounge area Instant Paris. As the 12th busiest airport in the world Paris, Charles the Gaulle is one of the globe’s principle aviation centres welcoming 65.8 million passengers annually.

The air-side hotel will be ideal accommodation for travellers catching extremely early flights, but also a great escape and sleeping haven for those who have a layover in the airport and need a comfortable and convenient place to stay while awaiting their onward journey. Just as convenient, passengers with check-in luggage can take advantage of the airport’s early bag-drop service that allows guests to check their hold luggage the night before their flight.

Guests can purchase a variety of ready meals, such as noodles, protein hot pots and pasta dishes.  Useful merchandise such as plug adaptors and toothbrush kits can be purchased 24/7 using contactless credit cards or credit vouchers available from YOTEL, cutting out the need for local currency.

Ensuring no one ever has to miss a flight, Mission Control, YOTEL’s version of the hotel reception desk, is equipped with flight information screens that display individual passenger flight details simply by scanning the bar code on their boarding pass or smartphone.
