JW Marriott Monterrey Mexico to open in 2019

JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts has announced the development plans of the new JW Marriott in Monterrey, set to debut in 2019.  The 250-room luxury hotel will be designed and dedicated to showcasing Monterrey’s modern, urban environment and local traditions. 

The property will be part of the upscale Arboleda mixed use complex, located in the San Pedro Garza García area of the city, sits on 98 acres of land and features residential and commercial buildings, beautifully landscaped parks and several shopping and dining options. Designed for the luxury-minded traveler, the LEED-certified will feature 250 luxurious guest rooms and suites, a striking rooftop pool and bar with sweeping views of the city and the Sierra Madre Mountains, a 3,200 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center, a 2,100 square foot Executive Lounge, two restaurants, a lobby bar and more than 18,000 square feet of modern meeting and event space.
