Hilton N’Djamena marks Hilton’s first hotel opening in Chad

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has officially announced its first hotel in Chad, Hilton N’Djamena which takes Hilton Worldwide’s overall presence to 100 countries and territories. The 194-room property, offering panoramic views of Chari River, is located in the new and upmarket district of Sabangali in N’Djamena. The latest addition joins Hilton Worldwide’s growing portfolio of 37 hotels in Africa.

Located near tourist attractions such as the National Museum, which houses N’Djamena’s oldest artifacts, Grand Marche (Central Market) for a local shopping experience like no other and Avenue Charles de Gaulle with its European-style colonial houses, Hilton N’Djamena truly is a destination that caters for all.

The contemporary property, which includes 11 suites, provides guests with resort-style facilities situated perfectly for those travelling for business. N’Djamena is home to the National Assembly of Chad, along with many other political organisations across the city. The property boasts a wide range of dining options from the poolside Acqua Bar and Grill, to the stylish yet comfortable Axis Bar and Lounge. L’atelier, located in the lobby, offers a fine dining experience perfect for special events. La Distillerie is an elegant space with an impressive selection of whiskey and cocktails, while Merkato offers all-day dining facing the stunning Chari River.

Hilton N’Djamena is an impressive venue for corporate events or banquets with eight flexible meeting and event spaces, including a ballroom that caters for up to 500 people. The hotel offers a fully equipped business centre and is a great spot for hosting conferences.
