SilverNeedle Hospitality signs new Sage branded hotel in Brisbane

SilverNeedle Hospitality has been announced as the accommodation operator as part of the Queens Arms pub redevelopment in the stylish suburb of Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Australia.

The hotel will be branded Sage Hotel James Street, Fortitude Valley.  The new build will comprise 4 levels with 93 rooms reflecting 4.5 star comfort, along with secure basement car parking, coffee shop, restaurant, as well as a boutique wine cellar on the ground level.

As with all SilverNeedle Hospitality properties, technology is paramount. Guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi in their rooms and throughout the hotel along with much welcomed mini bar offerings comparable to local convenience stores and laundry services at street pricing.

The adjoining iconic pub, the Queens Arms, will be revitalised with a substantial makeover at the same time to make this precinct the most exciting part of the Fortitude Valley and Newstead area.

The suburb is regarded as stylish and hip surrounded by boutiques, art galleries and high end homeware stores all sitting amongst tree lined streets with cafes and restaurants on every corner.

Upon completion in Q2 of 2017, the hotel is expected to be valued at $35million.
