Rotana has announced the launch of a new luxury 5-star hotel and serviced apartment project in Dubai. An agreement paving the way for the new hotel was signed last week between Nasser Al Nowais, Chairman of Rotana, and H. E. Mohamed Khalifa Bin Yousef Al Suwaidi.
Situated in the heart of the city on Sheikh Zayed Road, across from the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), the new hotel will be Rotana’s 16th property in Dubai and 35th in the UAE, and will add a total of 598 keys to the group’s existing 13,678-strong room count across the region. The combined inventory for Rotana properties in Dubai currently stands at 3,988 keys.
