On 3rd August 2015, the Foremost Group opened the Holiday Inn Express Dusseldorf-City in a central downtown location. The Investa Property Group built the hotel within a construction period of only 16 months.
The 164 comfortable and modern rooms meet all guest expectations – fresh design, modern facilities, a bar and a business centre in the lobby. In addition, a continental breakfast buffet and high-speed Internet access are included in the room rate.
The new hotel on the street Am Wehrhahn is located within walking distance of the city centre and has excellent tram and S-Bahn train connections.

The Holiday Inn Express Dusseldorf-City is the tenth hotel of this brand opened by the Foremost Group in Germany. Developer Investa and operator Foremost have a long-standing cooperation. Further joint projects are already in the planning and implementation phase.
