Marriott Santiago Las Condes marks brand’s debut in Chile

Marriott International has announced the opening of the new 205-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Santiago, Chile. The hotel is situated immediately adjacent to the existing 280-room Santiago Marriott in the Las Condes business district filled with restaurants, bars and shops. The Courtyard will offer easy access to all of Santiago including the renowned Mall Parque Arauco and Araucano Park, located a few steps away from the hotel and some of the best views of the Andes Mountains.

In addition to 205 guest rooms and suites, the hotel features the brand’s business lobby, The Bistro Restaurant & Bar that offers healthy choices made with fresh local ingredients, five meeting rooms with 278.71m2 of meeting space, a fully-equipped fitness center, and a rooftop pool with a panoramic view of Las Condes.

The Courtyard by Marriott Santiago also offers a stylish room design that helps guests stay connected, productive and comfortable. Each room features plush bedding, a functional workspace, spacious bathrooms, a separate seating area and complimentary in-room high-speed Internet.

Marriott International is currently represented in Chile by the 280-room Santiago Marriott Hotel, the 182-room Renaissance Santiago Hotel and the 205-room The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago.  In February 2015, the Courtyard by Marriott brand opened its first property in South America in Recife, Brazil and celebrated the opening of its 1,000th property worldwide.
