Carlson Rezidor and its franchise partner Provent Hotels announce the Park Inn by Radisson Neumarkt in Germany. The new built mid-scale property featuring 105 guest rooms is scheduled to open in Q4 2015. The signing brings Carlson Rezidor’s Park Inn portfolio in Germany to 20 hotels with 3,600 rooms – the group’s total portfolio in the country grows to 43 hotels with 6,500 rooms.

Park Inn by Radisson is Carlson Rezidor’s vibrant mid-market brand, and was most recently re-launched as a contemporary and compelling offer for young and youthful travellers.
The Park Inn by Radisson Neumarkt is already under construction. The hotel will be situated in the city centre and be part of the 23,000 sqm mixed use development “Neuer Markt” also comprising retail, gastronomy, service, offices, practices, and a cinema. Besides 105 guest rooms, the hotel will offer an all-day-dining restaurant with terrace, a bar & bistro, more than 600 sqm meeting space and a pre-function area of 200 sqm, a business center, a gym and a sauna.
Neumarkt is located in Bavaria in Southern Germany – 40 km away from Nuremberg and well connected to other nearby cities such as Regensburg, Augsburg and Munich. The prospering town with 40,000 inhabitants benefits from numerous local and regional businesses as well as from beautiful surroundings with lakes, forests and mountains that attract leisure guests.
The Park Inn by Radisson Neumarkt will be operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group.
