Conrad Ningbo scheduled to open in December 2019

Conrad_hotels_&_Resorts_1Conrad Hotels & Resorts and City Expert Real Estate Co., Ltd today announced the Conrad brand’s continued expansion in Asia Pacific with the addition of Conrad Ningbo, scheduled to open in December 2019.

Adding to an existing pipeline of more than 10 Conrad properties in Asia Pacific, the 300-room luxury hotel represents another milestone for Conrad as the brand continues to cultivate innovative projects in key destinations globally.

Conrad Ningbo will take up the top floors of a 1,480-foot super structure, which is poised to become the city’s landmark building, redefining the skyline. Located in Ningbo’s Eastern New City, Conrad Ningbo is part of an expansive mixed-use development that will feature retail, office space, and a performing arts center across 32 acres of prime real estate.

Envisioned by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects (PCPA), known for the World Financial Center in New York and the Petronas Towers in Malaysia, Conrad Ningbo will be designed for business and leisure travelers alike. Guests will enjoy several fine-dining restaurants of international appeal as well as a lobby bar and more casual all-day dining options. With more than 19,000 square feet of event space including a 10,000 square foot ballroom, Conrad Ningbo will play host to glamorous weddings and social functions as well as impressive meetings and conferences.
