Accor opens Novotel Yangon Max in Burma

The Novotel Yangon Max has opened in Myanmar, Burma.

Accor has opened its third hotel in Myanmar, Burma, called the Novotel Yangon Max with 366 guest rooms, two ballrooms and seven F&B outlets.

The new hotel is close to the city’s commercial and cultural hub as well as Yangon International Airport.

Patrick Basset, Chief Operating Officer for Accor Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and the Philippines, said: “We are thrilled and proud that Novotel Yangon Max is Accor’s first hotel in Yangon in over a decade. Ranging from 29 to 75 square metres, the 366 guestrooms include 123 executive rooms and suites (including a Presidential Suite) on the executive floors with club access to the Premier Lounge and VIP amenities.

With three restaurants and four bars, the hotel presents a choice of dining venues. The Square, is an all-day-dining restaurant that offers international cuisine.  For authentic Cantonese cuisine and an all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch buffet, there is the Royal Pavilion Chinese restaurant.

The hotel’s recreational facilities include the In Balance fitness centre, Spa by Manida, a tennis court, a yoga room, an outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, and a pool and club for kids.
