Radisson expands to Dominican Republic

RadissonRadisson has announced the Radisson Hotel Santo Domingo located in Midtown Santo Domingo is now taking reservations for April 1 and beyond.

“The opening of this hotel illustrates our momentum as we work to expand the Radisson brand the Caribbean,” said Javier Rosenberg, chief operating officer, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Americas. “We look forward to serving both leisure and business guests at this hotel with our signature Yes I Can!SM service spirit that promises an extraordinary experience.”

Radisson Hotel Santo Domingo offers 190 recently refreshed, modern guest rooms and suites as well as an outdoor pool, fitness center, spa and salon. Two restaurants are located on-site, Tropical restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and Festival restaurant serves international cuisine for dinner and offers outdoor seating. The Bar offers an array of beverages and features live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The hotel has nine meeting rooms and can accommodate an array of functions from small social gatherings to large scale events with up to 500 people.

Opening the hotel is general manager, Roberto Henriquez. The hotel offers complimentary parking, complimentary internet access and easy access to the commercial and financial district of Santo Domingo.
