UK-based chain Premier Inn has added an additional four additional hotels to its pipeline in Indonesia. This brings the Indonesia pipeline to 1,921 rooms and 14 hotels.
The new signings are located Bali, Bandung, Jakarta and Sentul.
With their first hotel in Indonesia slated to open in 2015, Premier Inn will appeal to customers who want great service, location and functional design at a value for money price.
“We have started 2015 with a bang by entering into development agreements for another four hotels throughout Indonesia. We believe Asia Pacific has strong economic growth potential, and we are excited to see these four hotels added to our already strong pipeline” said Mr. Erik van Keulen, Senior Vice President Development, Premier Inn Asia Pacific.
Bandung
Located in West Java’s capital city of Bandung, Premier Inn Bandung is expected to open in the 2nd half of 2015. The 112-guestroom hotel and Ballroom capacity up to 500 people is being developed in the heart of Bandung city near famous factory outlet shopping malls and the Braga City walk entertainment complex, amongst others. The hotel will be located only 15 minutes from Husein Sastranegara International Airport.
Sentul
Located in Sentul, Bogor, Premier Inn Sentul expected to open in late 2016. The 153-guestroom hotel is being developed close to Jungle Land Theme Park, Sentul Circuit and Sentul Convention Center. Conveniently located next to Sentul Industrial Estate, one of the main industrial centers near Jakarta, with access to over 100 stores and 20 restaurants and bars. The hotel will be 60 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
Bali
Located in the heart of Legian, Kuta, Premier Inn Bali Legian is expected to open in 2017. The 120-guestroom hotel is being developed in the busy area of Legian. The hotel will comprise low-rise clusters set within dramatic landscaping, and will feature intimate meeting facilities, Sky Bar with Beach/Ocean view, multiple dining options, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pools and spa. The hotel will be within walking distance to Kuta beach. With I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport less than three miles away, Premier Inn Bali will provide easy access and convenience for business and leisure travelers.
Jakarta
Located in the capital city, Premier Inn Jakarta Gajah Mada is expected to open in 2017. The 84-guestroom hotel is being developed in the main busy area of Central Jakarta with an easy access to the city’s business and commercial districts. The hotel will be located only 10 minutes from the National Monument in Jakarta and 30 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport at South Tangerang.
