Jennifer Kearns promoted to Executive Director of Relationship Marketing at Live! Casino & Hotel

Jennifer Keans Live! Casino & Hotel have announced that Jennifer Kearns has been promoted to Executive Director of Relationship Marketing.

In her new role, Ms Kearns will be responsible for leading the relationship marketing team in building and enhancing the VIP guest experience with a keen focus on the flagship luxury Live! Hotel set to open in early 2018. Ms Kearns, who launched the casino’s customer relationship management system as the Director of Relationship Marketing, will continue cultivating strong relationships with new and existing customers and enriching VIP guest service.

Live! Casino & Hotel today announced that Ms Kearns has been promoted to Executive Director of Relationship Marketing. In her new role, Ms Kearns will be responsible for leading the relationship marketing team in building and enhancing the VIP guest experience with a keen focus on the flagship luxury Live! Hotel set to open in early 2018.

Prior to Live! Casino & Hotel, Ms Kearns worked at SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia where she mastered her skills in VIP Guest Service, Casino Host Management and VIP Event Management. One of her many accomplishments, she spearheaded the launch of a property-wide CRM system, which increased customer loyalty and took the customer-casino relationship to the next level.

Prior to SugarHouse, Ms KearnsÊworked in Marketing and Interactive Multimedia for the NHL Philadelphia Flyers during the 2010 Stanley Cup Playoff Finals focusing on merchandise, social media graphics and fan development initiatives.
