Susan Choi-GrantThe William Vale, a multiuse destination located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn,Êhas welcomed Susan Choi-Grant as the Director of Sales and Marketing. A hospitality veteran,ÊMs Choi-GrantÊwill direct and manage The William Vale’s sales and catering team, bringing with her an expertise in new business development, market share increase, and revenue generation and growth.

The William Vale, a resort-like destination, offers a range of public spaces onsite, as well as venues for weddings and conferences.ÊIt also boasts one of the largest ballrooms in Brooklyn, which can accommodate up to 300 guests.ÊAll food & beverage, including catering, comes from award-winning Chef Andrew Carmellini and NoHo Hospitality Group.ÊAdditional food and beverage outlets onsite include, Leuca, a southern Italian restaurant; Westlight, a rooftop bar serving craft cocktails and streetfood inspired snacks; and Mister Dips, a cheeky retrofitted 1970s trailer serving burgers, fries and dairy dips.

Ms Choi-Grant will lead and execute multiple programs, generating a higher flow through and return on investment. With a strong background in sales and marketing, Ms Choi-Grant has been responsible for successful outcomes in leading travel and tourism destinations including AKA Central Park, Trump SoHo and The Peninsula Beverly Hills. She showed her versatility in both the east and west coast tourism sectors by splitting her work at the St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach from New York and in California.Ê

Ms Choi-Grant earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in the School of Social Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley majoring in International Trade and Relations. She did her graduate studies at Belvoirpark Hotelfachschule in Zurich, Switzerland. Ms Choi-Grant currently lives with her husband in Manhattan and during her free time enjoys golf.
