Debbie Cross has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at AmanÊin Zug, Switzerland

Aman, a collection of intimate retreats with 31 destinations in 20 countries, has recently appointed Debbie Cross as Chief Human Resources Officer. Formerly Vice President of Human Resources atÊShangri-LaÊHotels and Resorts,ÊMs CrossÊhas over 15 years experience in the luxury hospitality industry both on property and in corporate roles.

She spent the first part of her career in hospitality with Four Seasons, as part of the global pre-opening team and subsequently worked within the Corporate Office heading up Talent Acquisition.ÊMs CrossÊthen went on to join the Shangri-La Corporate Office in Hong Kong for five years overseeing the Talent department for Hong Kong. During her tenure at Shangri-La,ÊMs CrossÊwas instrumental in modernising the Human Resources function, managing the development and implementation of HR best practice, growing the senior leadership team and successfully opening hotels within her region.

At Aman,ÊMs CrossÊwill work closely with Chief Operating Officer Roland Fasel to elevate the Human Resources function within the collection, roll out talent acquisition and HR strategies and drive engagement throughout the properties as the gentle evolution of the brand continues.
