Rebecca Lamson brings over a decade of professional experience in human resources to her new position.ÊÊPreviously she was human resources director for the storied Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe,ÊVermont.ÊÊOver the years, Ms. Lamson has gained important human resources experience in diverse industries as manufacturing, mental health services and hospitality.ÊÊShe began her career at Topnotch Resort & Spa, a sister property to The Essex and which is also managed by Benchmark.
Ms. Lamson is a graduate of Lyndon State College where she received her Bachelors degree in Human Services.ÊÊShe earned her Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.ÊÊLamson holds SHRM-CP certification.ÊÊShe resides in Huntington, Vermont.
