Miramonte Resort & Spa, A Destination Hotel, in Coachella Valley just outside of Palm Springs, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Jeffrey as General Manager. In his new role, Jeffrey will oversee all hotel services and staff development including maintaining and enhancing guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee morale.
Jeffrey comes to Miramonte Resort & Spa from Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas, where he also served as general manager. Starting his career more than 20 years ago as Director of Services at Rancho Las Palmas Resort in Rancho Mirage, CA, Jeffrey has held executive hospitality positions all around the nation including Regional Vice President at RockResorts’ Coastal Collection in Miami Beach. Jeffrey is excited to bring his passion for excellent service and dedication to team development to Miramonte.
Having achieved significant success while working at fourteen different resorts throughout his career, Jeffrey’s experience lies in growing a hotel’s brand, building a loyal customer base, and putting world-class teams in place. Brought into hotels and resorts repeatedly to reposition the product and attain dramatic results within tight timeframes, Miramonte’s management is confident that Jeffrey’s leadership style will deliver results through improved revenues, employee engagement, customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
