Huseyin Deniz joins Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh as Executive Sous Chef

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh announces a new addition to its culinary team: Huseyin Deniz has recently joined the Four Seasons family as an Executive Sous Chef, adding value and professional experience of 16 years.

Chef Deniz was born and raised in Turkey, and from a young age he was blessed with unique culinary talent, a passion for cooking and an exquisite taste allowing him to artistically combine flavours, spices and textures into beautiful masterpieces. Growing up with his passion, Chef Deniz pursued a professional career as an esteemed chef mastering the art of Turkish specialties. He worked in renowned hotel groups and restaurants such as Intercontinental, Ritz-Carlton and Jumeirah Bodrum Palace. Before joining Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh he was executive chef at the Jumeirah Bodrum Palace in Aegean coast of Turkey. In addition to his  experience in the field, Chef Huseyin Deniz also holds a degree in Vocational School of Tourism Management and Culinary.

Chef Deniz believes that guest satisfaction is the most important indicator to the success of any chef. Exceeding expectations is his goal, along with being able to delight all his guests’ cravings with delicious and divine dishes. He aims to introduce his guests to the rich Ottoman history through his dishes, taking them on a timeless cultural experience.

He adds, “In the kitchen the entire team works together to deliver excellent food quality and strive to be authentic and trendy at the same time with concepts and dishes that will culturally connect to guest experiences.”
