Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Parlo as Executive Chef. Parlo will begin his new journey at the well known Dallas hotel and restaurant in October 2016.

Parlo will oversee the cuisine and menus throughout Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, with particular emphasis on The Mansion Restaurant, a highly-acclaimed culinary icon in Texas.

Parlo’s extraordinary travels have taken him all over the world. While training at Michelin three-star Restaurant Dieter Müller, Michelin two-star Restaurant Gala and Michelin one-star Restaurant Postillon, Parlo refined strong culinary instincts and perfected his technique. As Executive Chef of Mandarin Oriental Miami, Executive Chef at St. Regis Bal Harbour and Director of Culinary at Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, he cultivated exciting cuisine tailored to discerning palates. Most recently, he was Executive Chef at Hotel Granduca in Austin, Texas.
