Alan Faena is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Sinclair as General Manager for Faena Hotel Miami Beach. Nicole brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role with Faena, where she previously served as Vice President of Human Resources, Talent and Culture for Faena District Miami Beach.
Commenting on her new position, Nicole Sinclair stated, “I am thrilled to continue to work closely with Alan Faena and the team to bring to life his vision for Faena Hotel Miami Beach. A seasoned veteran, Nicole was responsible for establishing an authentic and genuine employee culture which included building awareness for Faena from the ground up in order to attract world class talent, as well as leading the property’s HR team to ensure Faena offered support and care for all employees and entities at the highest level. She was an integral part of the team that developed the exceptional Faena experience, working closely with Alan to imagine and design it, and then align the talent which flawlessly executes the vision each day at Faena. Since the hotel’s debut in December 2015, it has garnered international acclaim and accolades including Forbes, Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveler. In her new role as General Manager, Nicole will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Faena Hotel Miami Beach, continuing Faena’s commitment to creating revolutionary experiences for visitors.

Nicole brings with her over 20 years of experience in hospitality and hotel management in a variety of cultural and business environments, and has proven success in creating strategic plans to support initiatives surrounding leadership, development, recruitment and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining the Faena team, Nicole served as the Associate Director of Sales Recruitment for North American Human Resources for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, the General Manager for Sheraton Stamford Hotel and the opening Hotel Manager for the St. Regis Bora Bora.
Alan Faena and Len Blavatnik debuted Faena Hotel Miami Beach in December 2015, marking the first phase of openings in Faena District Miami Beach.
