Midas Hospitality hires GM, Director of Sales for North Carolina Hotels

Midas Hospitality, a hotel management group based in St. Louis, Mo., recently hired Randy Rushakoff as Dual General Manager and Susan Wing as Dual Director of Sales for Marriott’s new dual-branded properties – Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott – Charlotte Airport in North Carolina – co-located under one roof at 2220 West Tyvola Rd.

The hotels will open Aug., 2016.  The Residence Inn by Marriott has 113 suites with full kitchens, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott has 71 rooms and 20 suites.  In addition, the properties will have shared amenities including meeting space totaling 2,350-square-feet, outdoor pool and fitness center.

As Dual General Manager, Rushakoff will oversee all property operations and sales which includes specializing in team building, delivering superior guest service while ensuring product quality standards are met, and achieving revenue goals.  Prior to this position, Rushakoff served as the General Manager and Assistant General Manager at various hotels for nearly 10 years.

As Dual Director of Sales, Wing will provide total account management and establish strong client relations by providing personalized account service and creating satisfied guests.  She will target groups and corporations to grow market share and exceed the hotels’ sales goals.  Wing has worked in the hotel industry for nearly 25 years in a variety of positions including Director of Sales and General Manager.
