Crescent Heights has named former Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis executive Nikolay Tevekeliyski as the General Manager of Ten Thousand, Beverly Hills’ newest residential tower. An Italian native, Tevekeliyski will apply his European sensibility and decade of experience with some of the world’s most elite hospitality brands to deliver a full suite of lifestyle-enhancing services at the groundbreaking new residence located at the gateway to Beverly Hills.

“Crescent Heights is revolutionizing the way people live in Southern California. I’m honored to join such a service oriented team that is so deeply committed to infusing a first-class hospitality experience into their residences,” remarks Tevekeliyski. “The introduction of Ten Thousand to the Los Angeles market levels the playing field with extraordinary residential offerings in premier cities across the globe, and I’m confident our vision for maximizing residents’ leisure time is something they will not find elsewhere.”

Along with a staff of more than 60, Tevekeliyski will help introduce over 75,000 square feet of amenities unique to Ten Thousand, including a lush one-acre private park with landscaped gardens, luxury vehicles with personal chauffeurs, and private butlers. Furthermore, Crescent Heights’ vision of holistic wellness will center around Ten Thousand’s Jay Wright-designed fitness center, which will be complemented by both an outdoor and indoor lap pool, with steam rooms, sauna, and an outdoor tennis and basketball court.

Areas dedicated to Pilates and spa treatments will be flanked by three exercise studios, where the city’s most sought-after trainers will lead fitness classes. Massage therapists, acupuncturists, and nutritionists will be key members of Ten Thousand’s wellness programming. The fitness center itself will boast advanced training equipment and striking, floor-to-ceiling views overlooking The Los Angeles Country Club, Downtown LA and Beverly Hills.

“In keeping with Los Angeles’ position as the wellness capital of the world, Ten Thousand will take an all-encompassing approach to encouraging active lifestyles,” reveals Tevekeliyski. “Our residents will have daily access to renowned health specialists without having to leave the comforts of home, thereby providing them with the most valuable thing of all – more time.”

Tevekeliyski will also collaborate with celebrated international concierge service Element Lifestyle to provide access to extraordinary curated experiences in Los Angeles and across the globe, exclusively reserved for residents.

Tevekeliyski further describes the vibrant Ten Thousand experience: “Between the opportunity to obtain last minute courtside seats at a basketball game, participate in a Pilates class, enjoy a massage, or get a table at the restaurant of your choosing anywhere in the world, our residents will be spoiled for choice when it comes to spending their time at home, and away, in both entertaining and healthful ways.”

Tevekeliyski most recently served as General Manager of The Resort at Pelican Hill Villas in Newport Beach, California, where he oversaw all aspects of the Five-Star, Five-Diamond residential services. Prior to his tenure at Pelican Hill, Tevekeliyski held key management positions within the Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis, as well as at the Silverado Resort in Napa, California.

Crescent Heights enthusiastically welcomes Tevekeliyski’s skills and knowledge into the firm’s fold. “Nikolay’s deep hospitality background parlays seamlessly into the lifestyle that Ten Thousand will provide,” says Roman Speron, Regional Manager. “His keen understanding of both the big picture and the nuances of luxury hospitality will place Ten Thousand in a class of its own.”

Set to unveil later this year, Ten Thousand will introduce 283 two- and three-bedroom residences at 10000 Santa Monica Boulevard, where Beverly Hills meets Century City. The extensive, full-time staff will include a fitness director, lifestyle manager, tech concierge, butlers and white-gloved doormen.
