The St. Regis Princeville Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Valerie Iwasaki as Account Director – Leisure Sales. Valerie will play an integral role to drive leisure sales for the 251 room luxury property on Kauai’s premier north shore and will be based in Los Angeles, California.
Valerie’s most recent position was as an independent Travel Advisor affiliated with New Act Travel. Her previous experience includes Senior Sales Manager at The Ritz Carlton Kapalua where she was responsible for developing and implementing effective account management plans to grow market share and revenue with key travel industry accounts. She also held the position of Travel Industry Sales Manager at The Ritz Carlton, Marina del Rey where she directed sales efforts and managed relationships with retail travel agents, consortiums and wholesalers. In her previous roles at these resorts, Valerie effectively implemented leisure sales strategies which help exceed revenue goals. She was also nominated on several occasions for outstanding employee performance.

Valerie holds a degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
