Christopher John Patzold new Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui

Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui has announced the appointment of Christopher John Patzold as its new Executive Chef. The widely experienced and talented chef is taking all the Resort’s restaurants and bars and in-room dining into his care and enhancing dining experiences for guests of Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.

His previous appointment was with Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali, which made Conde Nast Traveller`s Hot List 2014. Prior to that he was executive chef at The Chedi Chiang Mai and at Nikko Bali Resort & Spa 5 star International Resort. He earlier spent several earlier years in Bali, including at Axiom Australian fine dining restaurant and Ku de Ta Restaurant Beach Club. He also has extensive experience at top restaurants in Australia, the US and the UK, including Joe Allan restaurants in New York and London. He completed his apprenticeship in the hospitality industry at the Box Hill College of Technical & Further Education in Australia.

Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui’s restaurant and bar line-up includes:

  • Beach Bar – A timeless rum bar featuring Thailand’s leading rum collection paired with Latin American fare. The Beach Bar also serves everything from tropical cocktails to refreshing soft drinks.
