Embassy by Hilton Colorado Springs, a Hilton Worldwide all-suite hotel near Pikes Peak currently undergoing a property-wide renovation, announces new Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager, Anthony Neal. An industry veteran with a strong background in foodservice, business, leadership and team-building, Neal is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the hotel restaurant, Polo Club, direction of banquet cuisine for catered events, development of culinary and lounge programs and management of the food & beverage team.

Most recently Neal served as executive chef at North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colo., where he was responsible for training and directing kitchen staff, overall food production and writing new menus. As Executive Chef of The Academy Hotel Colorado Springs in Colorado Springs, Colo., Neal successfully supervised all restaurant and banquet operations, assuring high performance from culinary staff under his leadership. Additionally, Neal worked for Hotel Eleganté Conference & Event Center as executive chef where he managed the monthly budget for food, labor and inventory while overseeing food production at large.

Neal’s comprehensive industry experience includes a variety of culinary and catering managerial positions including banquet sous chef and executive sous chef at Crowne Plaza Colorado Springs, sous chef and catering chef at Memorial North Colorado Springs and sous chef at University of Colorado – Colorado Springs.
