Peter Jangbratt appointed Scandic’s new Country Managing Director Sweden

Scandic Hotels, the largest hotel operator in the Nordic region, has appointed Peter Jangbratt as new Country Managing Director for the Group’s Swedish operations.

Peter Jangbratt, who has 20 years of experience from various managerial positions within the hotel industry, will take on the role of Country Managing Director Sweden within the Scandic Group. Sweden is the Group’s largest area of operations with more than 80 hotels and over 16,000 hotel rooms. Peter, who is currently responsible for Scandic’s Swedish hotel operations and also Area General Manager Stockholm City, will start his new position on September 1.

“Our Swedish operations are now in a phase where we can fully realize and build on the strategic investments we have made in the past few years, which among other things include significant renovations within our Swedish hotel portfolio and strategic investments in new flagship hotels, primarily in Stockholm.
