Benchmark Hospitality International, a U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Jacqueline Humes regional director of finance. Kirk Jones, Benchmark’s senior vice president of finance, made the announcement.
“I am very pleased to announce Jackie’s promotion at Benchmark,” said Mr. Jones. “She has served with distinction at the property level, and this is a well-deserved corporate position for her. Jackie is a great example of how Benchmark helps executives grow their careers at our company.”
Jackie Humes previously served as area director of finance for Marenas Resort of Sunny Isles Beach in North Miami and ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa, Miami Beach, which Benchmark operated at the time. Prior to this she held the position of controller for Marenas Resort.
Ms. Humes earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, and her Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Golf Coast University in Ft. Myers. A Certified Public Accountant, she is accredited as a Certified Hospitality Account Executive and Certified Hospitality Technology Professional.
