China World Hotel, Beijing has appointed Stephen Teo as Executive Chef. In his new capacity, Chef Teo will be responsible for the overall management of the Kitchen Department, bringing guests the finest delicacies in the city.
Hailing from Malaysia, Chef Stephen Teo has over 21 years of experience in the culinary world. Over the past 16 years, he has grown with the Shangri-La group. Starting his culinary journey at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, Chef Teo proceeded to work at various locations, including the Philippines, Guangzhou and Beijing. Knowing the very essence of the Shangri-La culinary culture, Chef Teo is dedicated to bringing guests the finest ingredients with top-notch service standard.
