Benchmark Hospitality International has named Kelly Gregg director of recruiting. Karen Di Fulgo, Benchmark Hospitality’s senior vice president human resources, made the announcement. Mr. Gregg will be located in Benchmark’s home office near Houston.
“It is a pleasure to formally welcome Kelly to Benchmark Hospitality,” stated Ms. Di Fulgo. “In freelance work for our department he has proven invaluable to our team, and we are so pleased to have him join us on a permanent basis.”
In his new role, Kelly Gregg has responsibility for acquiring leadership talent for Benchmark Hospitality International globally. He also provides oversight for Benchmark’s field Human Resources team as it pertains to recruitment strategies, systems and tools.
Prior to his employment with Benchmark Hospitality, Mr. Gregg worked on a contractual basis with the company, supporting strategic human resource initiatives. He previously worked in recruitment leadership positions with Panera Bread, Gaylord Entertainment, Darden Restaurants. Loews Hotels and The Walt Disney World Company.
Mr. Gregg is a native of Cushing, Oklahoma. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
