Faisal Nafees has been newly appointed as the Executive Assistant Manager at Hotel The Royal Plaza, a boutique luxury and business hotel situated in the heart of Lutyens Delhi. This is a promotion from his previous role as Director – Food & Beverage at the same property.
An innovative and dynamic hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in the industry, he has trained well on the key management disciplines of Operations, Sales & Marketing, Administration, Finance and Training, and has successfully handled multiple and varied roles and responsibilities at the various organisations where he has worked. He has also been instrumental in planning & implementing effective training modules and team-building initiatives in order to ensure a conducive work environment.
In his capacity as the Executive Assistant Manager at Hotel The Royal Plaza, he will be spearheading the planning and implementation of all operational procedures, organization of recruitment, growth in the revenue of the various services departments and overall improvement in service and quality. He will play a pivotal role in brand management, strategy planning and implementation, business development, employee training & satisfaction, sales & marketing, corporate communication and promotions, all in an effort to reposition the hotel as a holistic lifestyle destination for domestic and international travellers alike. He will also be responsible for seamless coordination between all departments and handling their operations with regard to the hotel’s standards, revenues and controlling costs, while ensuring the highest comfort and satisfaction for guests.
In the course of his career, Faisal Nafees has worked with some of the most renowned names in the hospitality industry, including lebua Hotels & Resorts, New Delhi, Wyndham New Delhi, Radisson Resort & Spa, Alibaug, Elevate Nightclub, Noida, Taj Ambassador Hotel, New Delhi (Vivanta by Taj), The Sarovar Park Plaza, Pune and The Park, New Delhi, amongst others. Over the span of his career, he has worked in numerous mid-and-senior management capacities, which has helped him to fully understand and appreciate the roles and responsibilities of all key positions within the hospitality space.
