Brahim Sayah new Executive Pastry Chef at Eatopia

Brahim SayahBrahim Sayah was appointed the new Executive Pastry Chef at Eatopia in Doha in January. His last positions were as Executive Pastry Chef at Diamond Hotel Manila and Executive Pastry Chef Jumeirah Messilah Kuwait.

He has previously worked in Qatar before as Pastry Chef for Qatar Luxury Group for the pre-opening and opening of two restaurants, La Varenne (brasserie) and the Anvil Rooms (steakhouse).

An expat for 16 years, Sayah has also worked in Maldives for Constance as Pastry Chef and has spent four years in Dubai with Rotana. Before that he was in Bahrain with Banyan Tree. Early in his career, he was also at Harrods in the UK for four years as sous chef pastry and also at Sketch with Pierre Gaganaire.

A native of Paris, he attended the culinary school TECOMAH in Jouy en Josas.
