Hotel Internet Services (HIS) has announced the appointment of 17-year hospitality industry veteran Bill Herman. Mr. Herman comes to HIS from Lodgenet Interactive with highly thought of credentials, where he served as Regional Sales Manager.
His appointment represents an important part of HIS expansion plans. He well understands the role technology plays in the hospitality industry relating the following: “Technology in the guest-room is extremely dynamic and needs to keep pace with the guests’ in-home experience (both TV viewing content and Wi-Fi).”
Gary Patrick, President of Hotel Internet Services, said the following about Herman’s employment: “We are very happy to add Bill Herman to our team. He brings many years of outstanding experience to HIS at a very exciting time as the company is just releasing a new entry into the world of in-room entertainment.”
Herman went on to say: “My Company goal is to help make HIS the leader in the Hospitality Industry for both Wi-Fi and IPTV. Our company is positioned to grow very rapidly and I am excited to be part of that expansion.”
