From Jakarta, where he worked at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, Pellen decided to bring his Asian culinary experience to the shores of the Mediterranean in Alexandria. Hailing from Brittany in the northwest of France, Chef Eric brings more than 20 years of experience in top hotels and restaurants around the world.
