Bradley Douglas Doell has been named director of sales & marketing for the landmark Turtle Bay Resort, located on Oahu’s North Shore. Danna Holck, vice president and general manager, made the announcement.

Bradley D. Doell comes to Turtle Bay Resort, bringing two decades of hotel sales & marketing and front office experience to the property. He was most recently director of sales & marketing for the Hilton Orange County in Costa Mesa, California. Previously he served in the same leadership role for the St. Regis Monarch Beach of Dana Point, California, where, it should be noted, he produced Facebook’s first Livestream wedding experience.
Mr. Doell gained important experience within the Hawaiian market when he held the position of director of sales & marketing for the historic Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa located in Waikiki Beach on Oahu—winning Starwood’s Sales Leader of the Year award in this position. He served in the same role at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay in Kailua Kona, Big Island, Hawai’i. Here he was honored with inclusion in Starwood’s prestigious Platinum Club.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Doell held sales leadership positions for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and for The Westin Calgary in Alberta, Canada. A native of Calgary, Brad Doell is a graduate of Mount Royal College and the SAIT Polytechnic, both located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Mr. Doell, his wife and their two children are relocating to Kahuku on Oahu.
