Conrad Centennial Singapore is pleased to announce the appointment of Leo Frankel as Director of Business Development. He replaces Theresa Choo, Director of Sales and Marketing who has retired from her position after 18 years of service with at the hotel.
Leo started his career with Hilton Worldwide in 2000, through the Hilton Worldwide Elevator Graduate General Manager Fast-Track Program. He brings almost 14 years of experience in hospitality in a number of Hilton Worldwide properties including Hilton Sydney, Hilton Singapore, Hilton Shanghai and DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, where he was part of the opening team for the launch of the first DoubleTree by Hilton in Southeast Asia. In recognition of his contribution to the commercial success of the property, Leo was awarded DoubleTree by Hilton Director of Business Development of the year in 2011.
Most recently, Leo was Director of Business Development in Conrad Tokyo, where he was responsible for all commercial activities, and generating a multi- million dollar revenue.
In his new role, Leo will oversee the entire Business Development department which includes Sales, Marketing Communications, Reservations, and Revenue Management, with a focus increasing market share and enhancing client engagement to drive revenue, in line with organisational goals.

A British national, Leo is a graduate from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom with Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Hotel and Catering Management.
