Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel has unveiled a new swimming pool and pool deck just in time for summer, with views of the Pacific and the famous Santa Monica Pier.

The pool is located on the fourth floor of the beachfront hotel and as well as views, it has lots of atmosphere with scenic fire-pits lit at dusk. Designed by Paul Altomare, the pool features a plaster pebble finish that stretches 24-by-90 feet and is maintained at a temperature of 86 degrees Fahrenheit year-round.

Design highlights include 13 fire pits with lounge furniture, four poolside patio rooms plus a state-of-the-art sound system which projects music throughout the deck and underwater.

“Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel’s redesigned pool and pool deck offers the perfect combination of beachfront luxury and Santa Monica’s laidback lifestyle,” said General Manager Paul Leclerc. “We are excited to provide guests and locals alike with a new year-round hot spot, featuring exciting new offers from daily Champagne toasts and high-tech entertainment, to exciting new F&B options.”
