The Patina, Thanburudhoo Maldives to launch in Q2 2015

Patina Hotels & Resorts and Telos Investment have jointly announced the signing of an agreement to operate The Patina, Thanburudhoo Maldives, located in North Malé Atoll, 12 km north-east of capital city Malé in Maldives. Accessible in 20-minutes by speedboat from Malé International Airport, The Patina, Thanburudhoo Maldives’ prime and privileged location enables the hotel’s staff to welcome and whisk guests to the property at any time of the day, ensuring smooth and speedy arrivals.

With 40 luxury over-water villas and 30 landed villas, the property will be masterfully designed by world-renowned and award-winning architect Kerry Hill, whose forte is contemporary luxury resort design in tropical Asia.

Striking a balance between contemporary luxury and a Maldivian resort experience, each villa offers ultimate privacy and majestic, unrestricted views, augmented by a private swimming pool and an exclusive room for sleeping under the stars.

With an emphasis on experiential and enriching luxury, the property’s superior leisure facilities include a Surf Centre, Dive School, a Spa for restorative treatments, swimming pool, Yoga & Pilates fitness studio, cooking school, Children’s Club, a Library Club lounge with a screening room and exciting food and beverage offerings with bars.
