Gilles Wintenberger new Executive Pastry Chef at The Chedi Muscat

The Chedi Muscat, Oman has welcomed Gilles Wintenberger to their team of expert staff, as the new Executive Pastry Chef.

The Chedi Muscat is renowned for its outstanding pastries, delighting guests with everything from locally inspired delicacies to innovative, seasonal macaroons, flavoured with the likes of; coffee, black sea salt with caramel, frankincense and even hazelnut with black olive.

The Chedi Muscat is confident that this department will continue to grow thanks to the new recruit, French born, Gilles Wintenberger. Gilles brings a wealth of experience, which includes a winter season in world famous ski resort Zermatt. He also worked at the hotel Montreux Palace, Switzerland, La Croix du Sud in Corcica, and most recently, as Pastry Chef at the Crowne Plaza, Kuwait, where he even cooked for royalty.
