The gala dinner closed a gathering that brought together leaders of the tourism industry from all over the world.
The gala dinner, closing ceremony and awards presentation closed the 78th World Congress of Skl International on Sunday 8 October.
One of the most important moments of the Congress was the General Assembly held on Saturday 7 October which elected Ms. Susanna Saari from Finland as the new President of the largest tourism association in the world.
The newly-elected Vice President is Lavonne Wittmann from South Africa and Peter Morrison from New Zealand and Mark Alexander from United Kingdom were elected as the new Directors. John J. Ruzich from New York is the new elected Auditor.
The General Assembly voted that the 2019 Skl World Congress will be on board a Royal Caribbean 7 Day Cruise organised by Skl International Miami.
