Cachet Hotel Group (CHG) has announced the launch of its new technology platform, Cachet World, at a private event attended by global real estate developers, members of the travel and technology media and Asia’s #1 startup accelerator – Chinaccelerator.
Cachet World is a lifestyle community that features a search and booking engine for boutique and lifestyle hotels and high-end residences worldwide.
Its key features include the following:
- Social community: User generated reviews, photos, videos and stories by global travelers and experts who are interested in the latest trends in design, art, food, technology, travel and social responsibility. Cachet’s loyalty program will center on recognition levels for this lifestyle community, starting with Chinese travelers.
- Personalised hotel rooms: Dynamic packaging capabilities empowering guests to design their room with upgradeable add-ons such as choice of designer bedding, branded bath and body products, beauty essentials and other amenities.
- Curated residences: A unique collection of hand-picked residential rental listings, including condos, villas, townhomes and estates with attribute-based filtering such as design style, types of kitchen appliances, amenities and more.
- Interactive mobility: Individualized service through mobile, SMS and social media apps. Guests will enjoy seamless check in and check out, room service, in-room control for TV, entertainment, temperature and much more.
- Food and beverage personalization: Local experiences and recommendations based on individual and group preferences encompassing in-room dining, hotel restaurants and social catering.
