TripAdvisor announces instant booking partnership with Langham Hospitality Group

Langham Hospitality GroupTripAdvisor today announced a partnership with Langham Hospitality Group to add its hotel inventory to the TripAdvisor instant booking platform. Travellers shopping for hotels on TripAdvisor will soon be able to book Langham hotels without leaving the TripAdvisor site experience.

“We are excited to join TripAdvisor’s new instant booking distribution channel,” said Nick Cohen, Global Director of E-Commerce for Langham Hospitality Group. “It gives our customers the opportunity to make a seamless reservation on TripAdvisor, powered by our own direct inventory. Our partnership with TripAdvisor is focused on providing guests with the ideal set of options as they research and book their trip.”

TripAdvisor first launched its instant booking platform to U.S. consumers in June 2014, with a phased roll out to other international markets, including Australia and New Zealand, expected over time. The platform provides a more efficient hotel booking experience for travellers.

Hotels available through TripAdvisor instant booking receive a prominent booking button that travellers may click to easily complete their reservation on the site. As with other instant booking partners, the transaction and customer care are handled by the hotel.
