Aces is a new free in-app chat feature from HotelTonight that connects bookers with its team of insiders for access to authentic local tips and recommendations, plus time-saving help with room and hotel requests.
Available from the morning of check-in and throughout the entire hotel stay, Aces pairs guests with a real-live human whose goal is to make their hotel stay just as seamless as their HotelTonight booking experience, whatever it takes (within reason and local law!). It’s perfect for the always-on-the-go business traveler, those checking out a city they’ve never visited before, or anyone who just wants to plan less, live more, and let someone else handle the details.
The Special Projects team behind Aces – Dan and Inderpal – have been researching, testing and building the feature to make it an amazing experience for HT bookers. As Dan puts it: “Aces is like access to a cool friend in town who gives awesome in-the-know tips, combined with a personal travel assistant to help arrange special requests at the hotel (think bed type requests, extra towels, etc.).”

HotelTonight be rolling Aces out to a small group of HT bookers in DC, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and San Diego. Those who’ve been given access will receive a message within the app after they book, allowing them to start chatting with their Ace. As the company continues to iterate and perfect Aces over the coming months, they will be rolling it out to more cities and more bookers.
