Branding consultant and author Craig Thatcher has signed a contract with eHotelier to distribute his new e-book called ‘Continuous Branding’. The e-book is part of the launch of eHotelier’s new Resource Centre. Craig will also provide a series of articles and a webinar is planned for May 2015.

The e-book is also available in three parts, which can be purchased separately. Part 1 introduces the concept of Continuous Branding as a tool to help organisations grow consistently and sustainably. Part 2 is a case study based on Rapport Guest Services, a corporate front of house services company in the City of London, which is growing by 20% per annum by using Continuous Branding. The third part outlines the branding journey that all hospitality businesses need to embark on to perform better.
